My name is Jay Hammer. I live in 1813. I didn't type any of this crap. I'm not quite sure what is more childish. The fact that someone had the audacity to pretend to be me, or the fact that the employees of UDRT, and in particular, the ones that work at our apartment, (I won't name your names, as that would be stooping to your level) would sooner pass judgement then actually confront me about this issue.
When I have a problem with this complex, I go to senior management, not a website. Namely:

Whomever is pretending to be me, grow a pair; there's one Jay Hammer in this world and you are not it. For those at our office, show some class, you're not making any friends by gossiping about me.

Where in any of the postings has anyone ever pretended to be you Mr. Hammer? Somehow I never saw anything using your name, the only thing I see is an office staff member who mistakingly thought you were writing these posts. They must really hate you for whatever petty reason. Whomever oshindians is really screwed up, what a dumbass!

I actually work as a leasing manager at a property in the area and I am just going over some ratings from properties we compete with. I am very amused at Apartment Ratings as a whole and particularly at the fact that all I am seeing is arguing back and forth about things that may or may not have happened. Why or why not to lease at a particular property. What is even more amusing is, 99% of the complaing and badgering of apartments, the staff, ect. is done because a resident (previous or present)did not pay rent, eviction was filed, they are angry for being told no, for having to pay for carpet to be replaced bc their pet urinated everywhere and they write reviews that are so just wrong. Anyways, you people should get a life!!!

WARNING: If you rent here, this is who works in the front office: people like "sally sue" and "bbblove" who use profanity to belittle residents, and who demand that people who complain "get a life." Sally Sue if you had a life, you wouldn't spend it hunkered down in the leasing office writing fake reviews to prop up the pathetic job you do. I hope you have submitted your crap to the home office to support a demand for a pay raise, because anyone with a third grade education immediately understands that tenants did not write 90% of the favorable reviews on this website. If UDR wants to improve the performance of Lincoln at Towne Square, cleaning out the front office would be the best place to start.
