I must say these are some strange âreviews.â Little help of course to anyone considering moving here, so let me give you my two cents.
I moved to Lincoln at Towne Square in Feb. of â04 and moved out 1 month ago. So, I lived there a little over 2.5 years. I had a 2-bedroom, third-floor unit on the northeast side of the property.
In short, I recommend this property. Itâs reasonably priced, the layouts are very good, quality is good, noise is reasonable, staff is friendly and the location is convenient, for the most part. As a bonus â I just settled my move-out billing and this is one of the rare complexes that doesnât try to gouge you when you move out.
The wide variety of reviews here no doubt stems from the fact that this is a LARGE property. With this many units, Iâm sure there are some dirtbags here, but I didnât find that to be the case. I saw some less-than-great looking people that seemed to live here, but my direct neighbors were all respectful professionals.
The property is well kept and pretty quiet at night. My particular unit was a 3rd-floor corner and I honestly bet I heard noise from neighbors maybe 3 times in 2.5 years. I was always very happy with that aspect.
I had very few maintenance issues, so I canât really speak to how quick or good they were. The fact that I had few issues though is probably a good thing.
The worst thing about Lincoln at T.S. (aside from having to tell everyone âTowne with an E on the end!â) is the traffic anywhere near the property. While it may seem great to live so close to all the Frisco convenience of every store in the world, youâll quickly learn that even the shortest trip across 121 will take 10 minutes to get there. Ohio gets worse by the day and now thereâs even more construction. Just try to stay south of the complex and youâll be ok.
I hope this actually helps someone.
