Most of the negative reviews are accurate. Below is a list of BAD and GOOD. BAD first: ->A contract was altered without our permission AFTER move-in that increased our rent. It was subsequently resolved, but not without a fight. ->Renewing a lease will mean a significant increase in your monthly payment unless you vigorously fight it. It's as stressful as buying a car. ->Company leadership is not responsive to customers. They will eventually respond, but it takes a week of multiple attempts. Where I work, if a customer contacts leadership with a problem, it is handled swiftly, and we're a company of nearly 250,000 employees and tens of millions of customers across all income levels. ->It would take nearly a week sometimes to get a building security alarm turned off, but only after repeated begging. ->Advertised leasing prices are not honored. I was told by corporate leadership that the Real Estate industry is not legally bound to honor advertised prices unlike all other industries in the United States. I presume that because of their boldness in proclaiming this that the lawyers have won a few cases on this issue. ->The headquarters staff would like to turn over customers rather than keep them. I was told this by the District Level mgr. "We can rent for more if you leave." ->NO INSULATION in the walls. Our previous 4BR/2000 sq ft ranch style home was cheaper to cool and heat. This is an 816 sq ft apartment. The walls get so hot that it takes significant time to get COOL water in the summer. We're not even on the top floor. Think about it...why would the builder put cost in to something (insulation) that can easily be passed off to the residents' ->Office staff goes to no extra lengths to ensure garage users are placed near their apartment homes. It would be a mark of true service excellence to keep an eye out for residents who could swap garages and be much closer to the home. Instead, we customers must resolve this ourselves.
Here's the GOOD: ->Great location if you work on the north side of Dallas. ->Tolerance of pets is high...good if you have one, bad if you don't. We do. ->Did I mention the great location' In spite of all the poor management and leadership cited above, it's the location that will likely keep us. Nothing else.

The ladies that work in the office are disgusting. They absolutely are. There is one older lady that is nice, but other then that they're all whores - LOVE to be "tossed" around the guys in the complex.
