HAVE YOU OWNED A HOUSE' They are expensive to heat/cool too!
When I moved in 4 years ago, I had extra ceiling fans installed. Voila....lower utility bills. Same as in a house.

Dear Tenant - I have been thinking about moving to Lincoln at Towne Square and I visited the property a couple of weekends ago, but once I started reading reviews posted on this site, I got nervous and decided not to go ahead and rent an apartment - not until/unless I could talk to an actual resident so as to get a better picture of what's really happening at the property. I am also amazed at the posting chain on this site that is so childish and direct in terms of the insults being hurled back and forth - I've looked at a LOT of apartment ratings on this site and have not seen anything like what I've seen posted here....
