I moved here in January 2006 and moved out Decemeber 2006. I only moved because I was moving in with some friends to a house in Little Elm. The staff was always very friendly. I never had a problem with noise (and I was near a pool), parking, switching to non-pet rent status, ect. My 3 work orders the whole time I was there were taken care of in 24 hours. I rented the clubhouse for a special event and everything went smooth. I had not problems at move out, which was a very nice change from my previous experiences. The few times I had problems with receiving my water bill, they worked with me instead of being jerks about me not paying on time.

I would definitely recommend this property.
