I'm totally impressed with all of the improvements, i.e, reroofing all the buildings, new construction, new pool and the office staff and maintenance... I do work for another management company, yet love living here at Towne Square! I moved in originally in 1999 when the property was brand new And I worked for the previous company that originally built Towne Square. Not on staff here, but the current staff is so much more professional!
I'm off today, and when I read that Nasty and Vulgar review from "Anonymous", just explains why Anonymous wants to be anonymous.

You lived here in 1999 and left because it was not good...What in the world would make you even concider checking the place out again. Just curious. You can not believe all the negative reviews yet you chose to leave and rent elsewhere for 6 years. And by the way, what do you personally know about United Dominion??? I can personally tell you my experience and the reason I'm leaving. I'd be more than happy to discuss. By the way, you did get the statement on the door this week stating that they sold the company....what now??

I read the review twice and never did that person say that they left the first time because they weren't happy. You are totally putting words into that persons mouth. Sounds like you're pretty bitter and the property will be better off without the negative energy. I've lived here for about a year and half now and LOVE it!!!!

Sounds to me like the office staff should quit playing on the computer and maybe handle some of the maintenance issues that several tenants have...

I do beleive if you could read than you would notice that United Dominion still owns part of it...might want to take another glance at that letter you obviously did not read.

Frankly, I think most tenants post anonymously due to repeated bad experiences with the front office that do not warrant identifying yourself. Signed, Anonymous
