I have been here for only a few months, but so far I really like it. My apartment faces this awesome park and the view is just wonderful!

Yes, I have owned a house and my electric bill in this apartment which is around 1400-1500 sq. ft. is as much as my 3800 sq. ft. house was. We are building a new home now and are just here waiting for it to be completed.
