Nice grounds, poorly appointed From: slumdwellerforaday Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The grounds are nice and the floor plan of my 2/2 was reasonable. However, they were cheaply built. They installed the cheapest possible range, with only one large burner and no self-cleaning oven. Sound insulation is poor. Cheap plumbing fixtures. Rattling pipes. Also, the pool and hot tub weren't as clean as they should have been. For the money, you can do better.
