If you appreciate customer service this place is not for you. The management either doesn't know what service is or just doesn't care about making its customers happy. There's not enough parking, there are no "perks" or organized events like most other places, and when you ask for something to be fixed they either tell you it'll be fixed and don't do it or make up an excuse why they can't fix it. Everyone that works there should be fired and replaced by people that know how to run a business.

If that happens to be the case then the guys and girls that have been there 4 years and love it must be idiots. Or maybe include me. I haven't lived there anywhere near that long but absolutely love it. Anything that goes wrong is fixed within 24 hours, Only one thing has gone wrong in my apt. We hung too many clothes on the rack and it collapsed under the weight of the clothes. This was called in at about 11:30am, I got home at 6:30pm that day to discover that it had already been fixed!
I moved in with my Gf knowing no one at the complex but her. By the end of the week i had met many new people who were friendly and open to including new people in the day to day activities that happen.
I truly hope that you and your amazingly bad attitude no longer live at the Lincoln at Towne Square so that someone who will truly enjoy the complex and its amazing atmosphere and people can move in.

This is in response to Anonymous there at the bottom, posting on 6/17/08, beginning with the word "Frankly". My name is Chris. I live in Building 24 with my Gf. I'm not quite sure what you and the rest of you annoying anonymous people's deal is with thinking the office staff has nothing better to do than type on here. Whenever someone posts a new review I receive an email notification, and choose whether to respond to it or not. If you happen not to believe me when i say i live at LTS and do NOT work there, then i invite you to visit the sand volleyball court tonight (tues 6/17) or tomorrow (wed 6/18) and come meet me so that you may come to the realization that you are making false claims, billy4046 will be there too. If that doesn't work out for you than come down to the pool on Saturday, or the pool or sand volleyball court on Sunday (I will start in the pool and eventually end up at the sand court). I'll be there and I can assure you neither I nor Billy4046 work at the complex. However, I cannot vouch for looking4agreathome as i do not know who that is.

Wow...I don't see that. The people in the office are REALLY nice. I moved in about a month ago, and I have had No problems with maintenance or staff. My move was smooth as can be. They told me when I moved in that there are 800 units. I guess you can't make everyone happy. I am though. I am still excited since the first day I moved in.

I cannot fathom the level insanity that the original poster has reached. It's astonishing to believe that this person is still able to function at an adequate level in civilized society. While nothing in your rambling diatribe made any lucid sense, i feel it necessary to respond. The lincoln at towne square is a fantastic place to live. The people are awesome, the management and support teams are beyond reproach. For the record, I don't work here, but if you live here; you probably know me.

Frankly, I agree with the guy, but that's because the LEASING OFFICE STAFF wrote the previous comments. Come on girls! If you spent half the effort providing customer service that you did posting here and similar sites, you probably would not get so many bad reviews.

i am beyond the point of upset. This has gotten petty. The people that actually live here, know that the front office will do anything they can to make their living here a good time. Whoever you are, and I don't give a shucks who you are need to come down to the volleyball court. You may beat me, but my point will have been made. If anything, the only thing that is wrong with these apartments is that most of the residents can beat me in volleyball. Who is the loser that lives here anonymously? I hate you. Get a life. Jerk.
