I came in out of town with little time to look. It appears my haste in renting here has stuck me in a hell hole. The office staff promised to have my unit prepped, detailed, and repainted before my arrival date. The walls had skuff marks and stains. It took three trips and eight phone calls to get maintenance to repaint, but they didn't repaint, the touched up WITH A DIFFERENT SHADE OF PAINT. Last time I called the staff said, "Well if it's so important to you, why don't you go to Home Depot and buy a paintbrush'''" Then she hung up on me. I can here road noise from my unit. There must be an elephant upstairs because I hear "thud, thud, thud" through the roof all night long. The AC unit drips and smells bad, there are stains on the carpet. I've heard that Motel 6 is nicer. The grounds need some attention was well. I did not have these problems on the west coast. The biggest problem is the staff's attitude of "what can you do for me'" This place is a joke.

Wow, Interesting. I haven't had that experience at all. Hope that it all gets fixed and straightened out. Hopefully your experience changes soon and you enjoy living here. Come join us for water volleyball Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and sand volleyball Wednesday and Sunday evening/nights and get to know some of your neighbors :D
