Too many problems to list! Parking is terrible at night. management is incompetent on a daily basis. Construction everywhere around the complex. Known sex offenders get away with living there and exposing themselves until they get arrested for exposing themselves somewhere else.(not at Lincoln) Stay away from this place.

I know what sex offender they are talking about. He did not live there but was there on almost a daily basis at the pool and around all of the innocent children. And he DID get arrested AGAIN for exposing himself in his own complex which was just up the street. Not to mention, when I lived there, there was this crazy ----- running around the complex mumbling to herself in her robe/nightgown thing all the time. They will let anybody and everybody move into this place.

Interesting about the sex offenders. Why don't you do a little research before making that claim. There are no convicted Sex offenders living at the complex. http://www.familywatchdog.us/ Although, I might be as bold to ask if you are the same person flaming others positive reviews with your responses. I will go as far as to say yes, parking could be better, however I have not had any problem parking, nor have I visited an apt complex with parking that was any better than what we have here at LTS. It seems to be a common complaint when someone has to park more than 6 spaces away from their apt. The parking situation is def. several steps up from the last complex i lived in, just outside of Addison, in all aspects, not just parking. Yes there is construction, It is called Phase II. What exactly about the construction is it that bothers you? Buildings don't appear out of thin air, so there is no chance of there being absolutely no noise whatsoever, Although the construction has never bothered me. The construction workers have been quite good at staying within the permitted working hours as defined by the city of Plano. If you don't like those hours petition the city. If you dont know what the hours are, go look it up on the City of Plano's website. Management on the other hand, I don't know where you get your information from, but they are nowhere near incompetent, sure you have some in the office that know more than others. Figure out who knows more and can get things handled more efficiently and talk to them. Its not that hard. Kelly and Lonnie both would be my recommendations.
