I just moved from a different state last week and so far I'm very happy with my choice at Lincoln at Towne Square.
I chose to move into a 1br in the new phase of the place and they are great.
The people I've encountered in the office are very nice and have been very helpful. I worked with Kelly and she's been super accommodating for me. Any questions I have she helps me...anything from where the closest grocery store, to a recommended electric company.
When I received my keys, I only had 1 house key, I let the office know, and the next day I had brand new keys wating for me on my kitchen island.
The neighbors seem friendly, the grass seems to be very well kept.
As for the "trash everywhere" I'm not quite sure what that person is talking about. The only time I've seen trash is when it's neatly placed on the curb for trash pick up...I walk my dog daily, so I've been around most of the grounds of the complex and I have yet to see "trash everywhere". Maybe I need better vision.
I also read about the "noise"...I have yet to hear anything except a motorcylce or a loud truck driving down Ohio. Every thing else is super calm and peaceful.

hmm, not quite sure why natalia and anonymous posted here b/c i'm not quite sure how it relates to what i posted. i'm glad i don't have to deal with this internet BS, that seems to have turned into blogging in real life. my goodness.
to the person that's welcomed me...thanks! i'm sure i'll be up there one weekend when i find my bathing suit! :)

You know what? This is the second time I have been on this site since I have lived here. First, to post a great reveiw...not because people told me to but because I came upon the site one day and thought I would write some kind words. I don't understand why if you have a problem (negative reveiws) that you woulnd't try to go to the office and complain instead of acting like a child and posting all this bull*&^% on here. I have a little girl that would rather be out in the park and in the pool than anywhere else. I actually asked her if she wanted to go to six flags for her birthday yesterday and she said that she would rather have a pool party. The sex offender crap has to stop because well... I had a background check performed on me when I moved here and I know that everyone else did. I have lived here for a year and a half and now work in Grapevine, even with a chance to move there I turned it down. I have so many new, wonderful, kind friends that I have met that are residents here I wouldn't move for anything. The noise and the "trash" that you are speaking of if probly from the stupid people from neighboring communities that don't like their own properties so they come to the Lincoln. I know that there has been a effort to keep them out. I hang out with a group of about 50 adults and 15 kids almost every day at the pool and the volleyball court and when we leave EVERYONE picks up their mess. I mean this is where we live and where our children play. So...If you have a problem I would suggest giving your 30 day notice instead of waiting till your lease is up or just trying to resolve it with someone in the office instead of being so childish.

Im glad to welcome you to the Lincoln! Hope to meet you at the pool sometime if i haven't yet! **edit** I believe that another review that has since been deleted, flamed yours and then was edited to personally attack natalia063002. I am unsure if site management deleted the comments or if the user did it themselves. Either way the flame wars are getting irritating.
