I toured the Lincoln at Towne Square with my husband Keith. Apartment ratings is important to us because moving to an unfamiliar area is intimidating. I have chosen an apartment complex that I really like and can make work better for our situation, but I still want to say that these ladies in the office were very helpful and did all they could to help us.

I read through the reviews and there are so many hurtful things being said.
My experience here was good and I didnt run into the problems others are speaking of.

To those of you posting such nasty reviews, step back and think about it first. If I worked here I would be so upset with what people are saying about the staff. Be nice!!!

B. Follow your own advice. C. We live here. Our rent pays your salary. Think about it. You work for us, not the other way around. D. If you put half the effort into your jobs that you put into posting here, your ratings would go way up. E. Next time I come into the office, don't act inconvenienced or annoyed to see me, look me in the eye, ask, "How may I help you?" and mean it. That's how most of the planet acts every day. Your attitudes are killing your livelihood, and you are too arrogant, or just plain stupid, to realize it. No charge for the free advice your mothers obviously did not care to give, or you did not care to listen to. I'm not your mother. Welcome to the real world.

Sorry, you are venting at me when I am not the management team... i dont even live there, i live in Houston.
