First time i've bothered to entertain the negative comments i've been hearing about on this website's forum, and give it ant time of day. To Start, what can i say' Negative comments usually originate from negative people. Who don't enjoy life and/or think that they can enjoy life without reguard for respecting others. I've only familiarized myself with a few of such comments on here which seem to have come from a person with their mommy on speed dial. Maybe they just lack the social skills it takes to actually function without a parent doing it for them, who knows. I Guess they have nothing better to do then talk about exactly what they seem to be obviously doing. Wasting their employers time and money playing childish games chatting on a forum about an apartment they don't even seem to live at. i would even go so far as to say they may themselves be a leasing agent. You know, since they always seem to accuse every comment written on here as being by the LTS staff lol. In my past experiances usually haters spew forth hatred towards others for being something, because they are in-fact exactly that themselves, in this case a leasing agent. So like i said, i offer my first guess as "anonymous" being a leasing agent at another apartmment, because that is exactly what they always seem to always, always, and always bring up. Or maybe it's just ent, because that is exactly what they always seem to always, always, and always bring up. And with all that being said, if you are a leasing agent at an apartment stop wasting your employers time and remarking on that in which you do not know; Or if you are a previous resident who is mad at what you feel happened to you, move on already you've said what you wanted to say! is it really nessissary to check almost every positive comment on here as coming from an LTS agent' See i offer that if you where a resident, and you felt you had something wrong done to you, then you would have said your peice and moved on. However, you have not, so i think most likely you never where a resident, and are probably a leasing agent. And/or lastly you are holding/harboring a grudge and should retire said grudge and grow up from your addolecent behavior. I will say, some advise to others, "that with whom i chosen to have contat with in the office that they are always more than respectful, and go above and beyond to help out my needs in any ways possible. The office staff have become more than just someone i would expect to be helpful. i would call them friends, because of how well they've treated Me, a LTS resident. I ask you, "what other apartment complex have you ever heard of that would go let out your dog, because a meeting at work is running late' Or would even call to remind you personally, the morning of the apartment sponsored breakfast was going on, becuase you said you would really like to go to the event'" Looking back at some of the negative comments in this forum i recall one of the neg. comments saying, "no functions." Uhmmmmm, you are a F!@% liar mam or sir. I've lived here for about two years and just off the top of my head can recall at least four sponsored breakfast and three dinner outings, one of them being at kirby's steakhouse with prizes given out. Those are just the ones i actually attended, not to name them all. There have been many more. On three different occasions just in the last month I have brought a new friend by, just to experiance the LTS, and not one of them wanted to leave. Always wanting to come hang out now all the time and they have all said, "the people who live here are all so cool and they just except you as if you've been friends with them for years even inviting you over to the upcoming week events they're planning." So if you want to B@#% and moan about the office staff then just remember you have a choice of whom you talk to. If you don't like someone for reasons of your own then stop being an idoit, grow a head, develop it out of your stupidity, and talk to one of the other more than capable staff members. moving on...be forewarned of the upcoming sarcasms...OH OH OH wait you want controversy and bad comments right' OK. Here's some, out of respect for others, their life styles and habits, we are not able to play vball and party like it's 1999 on weekdays until 2am in the morning with disregard for laws, or taking advantage of the residents who live here by doing said partying outside and infront of their homes. This is not to say such said partying does not occur lol but there are consequences =) i play vball every night til acceptable, swim at the pool, and make use of the facilities during opperating hours, in most cases. if you live here and want to party at f4am, drinking and making loud noises, all night into the next day then do so in your apartment. that's why you pay rent for crying out loud. At least that's why i do. i don't know about you, but i don't pay rent to be outside, drunk running around, and party like a 15 yr old in a feild party. if i did i'd go buy a field not an apartment. I do pay rent on an apartment though, so i party inside after hours, or acceptabley outside in reason after hours. uhmm so not being able to be a moron, and being out past when everywhere in the state also requires people to not disturb others is the only negitive comment i have. If this describes your frustration with LTS then you should of thought of that before you flunked outta where such parties happen 24/7 and cops always end up coming anyways. oh wait i have another bad thing this apartment waters the grass so that it stays green, damn them for that! oh, and parking lol, on one building, and that one building happens to actually be mine, has about three or maybe two spots taken for the roofing material of all the brand new roofs they are putting up for free. So we never have to worry about leaks when it storms. oh, and wait, i'm on a role now. My F@#% lightbulb went out on two seperate occasions. Cause i mean lights are supposed to last FOR EVER right' and those jerks brought me over brand new ones! and put them in within in hour! and i didn't have to pay them!!!! can you believe the incompitence of the office and it's maitenence staffs for fixing my lights, at no charge, and within the hour' so in any case, if you are ready to actually live as an adult, and let mommies hand stop cutting the corners off your P&J's, and you don't think the reason a guy or girl doesn't want to talk to you couldn't possibly be you're lame, then this place might just be the right place for you to call home; and have an amazing time doing so!!! yours truely, Gentry, aka "G", aka Gwheel, aka you Ghando lol ttyl chewtewa's

I have no idea who's actually writing all the reviews I read about Lincoln Towne Square, but what I DO know is that this nation has raised a bunch of absolutely, positively, ILLITERATE young people who have NO CLUE how to construct a sentence, much less punctuate it (!) THAT reality is far more disturbing than ANYTHING that could be written about LTS. When I looked at LTS several months ago, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the leasing agent (Pat) and even more impressed with the apartment (a Colbert unit) and the grounds, pool, etc. Had I chosen to live in an apartment again (I chose to rent a house), I would have without hesitation rented at LTS - a property that is FAR AND AWAY better than anything North Dallas has to offer. :-)

GHANDO!!!! LMAO right on Gentry. Haven't stopped laughing for 5 minutes. :D Might want to consider cleaning up the run-ons...gets kinda hard to follow about halfway through. Sweet...thanks for cleaning up! **EDIT** Did that person really just infer that you were staff Gentry? What a moron! He/She/It/H appears to have not attempted to meet or get to know anyone at this complex. Otherwise they might actually know some of the people who live there. (gentry, luisatuniversal, shaggyandscooby, natalia063002, billy4046) He/She/It/H does appear to love to fixate their hatred of the staff on everyone else. I am not quite sure how everyone who posts a positive review could possibly be staff. That's some fairly twisted logic if you ask me. As to if Gentry is real or not, Hell yeah he is....just follow the smell of cloves....

********EDIT************ I am not being 100% fair. These apartments are nice, I have not had that many maintenance issues or anything like that and they do have some great people. But like I said before, that does not eliminate bad experiences. ****** I did not mean to get rid of my last comment... but It deleted when I edited this. So anyway, you stop posting mean comments on the negative reviews and I will stop posting mean comments on your reviews. I just think it is really strange how all of your screennames are on EVERY Negative review. What do you think that makes people think? That you are in relations with the staff or that u are the staff. Put yourself in others shoes. Why do all of you get so upset when someone post a negative experience? This sight only allows for one post per apartment per person, so when i post anonymously, i can only post once. You all post from 4 or 5 different screen names. Just grow up, quit getting defensive and let people speak their mind if they want to without you jumping their case. ---Chris Hensly ********Edit************ Ok, thats fair. I attempt to be fairly objective when responding to reviews, good or bad, unless they sway from their opinions of the complex and move on into more personal remarks about individuals. Yes, I agree that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and should be fairly free to say them here. However i do not feel that their opinions of the complex have anything to do with their personal issues with any of the personnel working there. Their opinion of their experience with the staff is one thing but trashing those peoples images and degrading talk about employees is another. Not saying you have done so Chris, but I know others have (for example, the comment on another review about a leasing agents body). It is these comments that i respond to in an attacking manner. Many of the people are friends of mine and I do love where I live. I take pride in the complex so I may not be as objective as I try to be when responding to comments. It is my understanding that this site is used for reviews of the apartment complex. Not to hurt someone. If you feel that i have been overly rude or attacking in any of my reviews please bring it to my attention via the email address im leaving at the bottom and i will review the comment in question for editing or deletion. shaggyandscooby85@gmail.com **Edit** Come on out for volleyball! Is this the guy that bashes fun because his 15 y/o fiance w/ pasties at the pool tells him off when he tries to play volleball or have any kind of fun? Noisy volleyball until 2 am is absurd but sitting in the hot tub quitely chatting is not. What people complain about is all when we had the problem of other apartments coming to our grounds to party. I cant blame them. We have beautiful grounds. But, be respectful of others and clean up after yourselves. Honestly averall I would rate this place an 8.75 on a 1-10 scale.

don't recall ever bashing fun and totally agree that people especially from another complex should come over should pick up after their assess. when did i bash fun lol guess you missed the part about that i have been on numerous occasions the one out having fun. and we always clean up everytime even watched all the people i'm with stay and clean up after the people from the other complexes. we do have beautiful grounds and we do keep them clean cause we enjoy living here and like to do it so that way. and buy the my fiance is not 15 need to get your facts straight. sorry if your talking about maybe someone else that play vball at the pool and court and but i seriously doubt it. anyways i agree 8.75 . and it's called a bikini and it covers everyting up quite exceptably. the only person to every be jealous of here swimwear was a girl that got kicked out of the complex cause she was wasted and with someone who had been evicted. i don't know anything about the person who was evicted other than that but i do know that girl who got pissed she got kicked out was way past drunk and running around and telling everyone she was and made a comment like the one you wrote. maybe cuase she was wasted and needed to open her eyes or maybe jealousy or maybe she was just having a bad day in general.who knows water under the bridge. anyways i just dont apreciate false accusations or purposefull slanders. if you feel i have done any in my previous post i would be more than willing to edit anything that you find offensive, just ask. appreciate if you would do the same. and didn't realize people took this so seriouly i just wrote that i liked the complex thru in some sarcasms and like i said if it offends anyone just tell me the parts and they can be edited. so pending false allegations of my personal life or request for edits this is my last reply =)
