If you are considering moving here, you are making an excellent choice. From day one when I set up an appointment to view the property I was met with professional, knowledgeable staff that listened to my laundry list of needs in an apartment. I have lived here for five months and have absolutely ZERO complaints. The typical "curb appeal" issues are here, just like every other property... residents violating policies like trash and dog waste or patios full of junk but that's the residents issue not the property.

If you consider the going rate for a North Plano apartment is about $1-1.50 a square foot you will find the Lincoln is right in line with pricing and when you consider the resident amenities it's even better!

No, I'm not a employee of the property but I am in the Apartment industry for another company and have used some of Lincoln's marketing on my own property. I often refer people to this property and would encourage anyone who wants to be in the area to seriously tour the property and become a resident.

You will be able to have a HOME and enjoy coming home to it nightly!

I moved here recently and have been satisified with the response time to repairs and the staff, hope it continues. It is a little more than I wanted to spend since they do not come with a washer/dryer in my unit, but it is so close to work on Legacy and the mall I do save on gas and toll tags. So far very happy..
