i moved in to this apt in spring and i love it. i'm the first tenant and everything works perfectly. when i moved in the maintenance guy even helped me hook up my washer and dryer. the dog park is great. i always see the courtesy officer around property and i've never felt as safe as i do living here. parkings not a big issue as long as you can parallel park. the only problem so far is all the construction. it goes on from well before sun up to well past 7pm and the roofers don't seem too concerned where they drop the debris. but as far as the price is concerned i think it's worth it. yes, it costs more to live here but everything works, and i never have any issues with the management or my neighbors, which is more than i can say for some of the other places i've lived.
