I moved to Lincoln Phase II after living in a noisy apartment complex. I hoped that this place would be smarter about construction. However, I think that they used the same unintelligent contractors as my previous complex. Obviously, when so many people live in close quarters, the first thing that should be required in the building is insulation. I would rather a complex spend money on that (something that last forever) rather than any of the ammenities. If I have everything turned off in my apartment, I can hear everything that my neighbors next to me are saying. Even with my TV on, I can hear them walking and shutting doors/drawers. That is how paper thin the walls are. I am very surprised that a lot of people do not sue the complexes for creating an invasion of privacy. Maybe, this will not matter to most, but it can be more stressful and unpeaceful than you know.

My other dislike is the fitness room. The machines are outdated. The carpet in there is torn, and the dumbells' weight stickers are worn off so I have no idea what weight I am lifting.

I will say though I do like some of the design features like the arch detail in the entry way, the crown moldings, the lighting and the entry and pantry closets.

Yes, but the headboard banging, vocal and enthusiastic shouting I hear most nights through my walls is better than cable!

Terrible complex, nasty environment, at the first look, you will think its good until you go inside. Kitchen is pretty small, I hate that I even let them pull my credit only for me to change my mind. You really need to go and make sure you see the particular place u are renting before you even sign the lease. Some of their employees are extremely rude, and their manager dont even do anything to caution, it's unbelievable they have a very horrible team. The neighbourhood is good but the complex is terrible.. sorry
