Dishonest Management To Top it Off

This is my 2nd review, I moved last month after living there for three years.
I lived in one of the two bedrooms alone. No pets. The management tried to charge me for FOUR mini blinds after I moved out. I never even opened the blinds while I was there and there was nothing wrong them. I'm still fighting them and its about a $300.00 charge. That is just one unjust thing on their moveout. They even had the deposit wrong on the move out charges saying I only paid half of what I did pay. Thank god for check copies.
Once you move in to this place, expect to be treated like crap and when you give notice to move, you are their worse enemy. I couldn't wait till my lease was up.

Yes, you are right about the thin walls and high electric bills. These apartments are very poorly constructed. I'm considering moving to what they call a townhome. The garage is below the apartment and yes I'm a bit nervous about the electric bill. I'm hoping that it will be better rhan where I'm at, less noise. I really like the area.

You are dead on right..The electric bills are atrocious and the office always wants you to use there provider..Probably because they get kick backs. And 8if you are looking for less noise then is best if you vacate for the summer months when the pools and the partying go non stop. More people from outside the area use the pools and management does nothing to alleviate the problem. Thin walls no insulation are the norm..Keep the costs down and get the high rents..The new section is even a bigger joke. Everything is cosmetic and nothing up to par. Since UDT took it over it has become a joke in all aspects. Cold and not caring at all about tenents.

We just moved out, and they're trying to stick us with $900 to replace the carpeting - even though Robert the maintenance guy said it was one of the cleanest apartments he'd seen.
They claim that they have to replace it every 5 years - but that really isn't our concern. We left it in good condition, and some timeline of theirs doesn't mean I should have to pay for their overhead.
We will be taking them to court if this doesn't get rectified.
