We moved in from out of state, site unseen other than the internet site. We were promosed an apt in the new area, but were actually placed in the older units. We asked about that at the office but we were met with "oh...sorry..um..well ah..." anyway we are where we are. After a few weeks here I was asked by some people I met where I lived, I said Lincoln at Towne Square...they said "Really"..."Oh I guess you havn't been at the pool yet huh'" ( we are in our 40's) Well in fact we had, and were quite disappointed, mostly by how dirty it was, a little run down, cracked tiles, missing grout and the fact the hotub was occupied by kids...little kids and you know what they do in the water. No privacy and splashing, loud kids, needless to say I thought that was what the person was refering to. I was VERY WRONG...


Seems that this place is know as PARTY CENTRAL...About 2 PM the volly ball net is up and the beer and the party is ON! and after the party at the pool dies off, it runs to one of the many apartments in the complex...for a sustained party till 4 AM...at least last night, anyway in one case, and attended by some of the staff. SO if you want to call UDR to complain...forget it...the staff is at the party.

I mentioned this to some of my neighbors who said, they just stay away from the pools and close their windows and stay low, during the summer. In fact, we were told we were lucky that we are in the "older" apts since the "newer" apts have more parties.

I can say that If you want quite, this is NOT the place...If you want PARTY...this IS the place!
