Well I lived here for almost 3 years and I have to agree with everyone who says the electricity bills are awful. I also hate that this place soaks the grass so if you wanna walk through the grass have fun walking through mud almost all the time. I am now moving out of this place because they were going to go up $60 per month in rent on me and that is if I sign 12 more months. It was going to go up even more if I signed for less that 12 months. LMAO!!!!! Yeah right, in this economy you can seriously say that rent should go up $60 a month. I am a resident who has paid all rent for the last 3 years on time and usually early. So don't think they were just trying to get me out. Then I look online and they are renting it for cheaper than what I currently pay. The office stated that it was renting for cheaper now because since there was one available it drives the market price down. REALLY!!!! Well perhaps you wouldn't have to worry about it driving the price down if you don't screw over the current residents. Thanks a lot Lincoln at Towne Square. What a stupid business decision on their part. Losing a resident that has lived here for 3 years and paid rent on time and renting it to someone else for cheaper and hoping that they pay the rent on time. I sure hope they don't pay the rent on time and have to evict the new residents just to teach this company a lesson. I enjoyed living here but I am not about to pay $60 more a month when I can go right down the road and get a free month rent and $500 off the next months rent. Lincoln, do your homework before running off all the residents. Don't blame it on corporate. You are here with the residents. You could call and talk to the residents before they receive the renewal offer.
