This property has a nice pool, but that's about it. The insulation is bad and you can hear your neighbors. I love the location, but it's just not worth the rent price. Hell you could get a rental home for the same price without the headache of noisy neighbors. Plus the management company is a pain to deal with... Look somewhere else.
