Unsafe; very young immature party crowd. Crime
Dog crap everywhere
Management: resident manager is horrible; doesn't take responsibility for anything. Will screw you over with repairs when you move out. If they can't find anything wrong, they will come up with something that is normal wear and tear for any other apartment complex.

Unsafe??? Crime??? WTF are you talking about. Party crowd I will give you, however it is not as young as you have been led to believe. The age range is 19 to early 50's with the vast majority of that being over the age of 27. Still wondering about the unsafe conditions and the crime, there are a handful of incidents over the past 2 to 3 years I am aware of, which is vastly better than any other apt that I or anyone that I have talked to have been at. There are quite a number of people that leave things out ALL THE TIME...and nothing goes missing. Same with their apts. Unlocked almost 24/7 as there is no fear of crime. About the dog crap, I do wish more people would pick up after their pets, but its not EVERYWHERE, I walk around all the time barefoot and generally don't watch where I am stepping, however, I have found it is not dog poop that I step in, it's mud from the over watering of the grass. The rest....I agree with. Oh...except your 3 of 5 rating on parking....parking needs to be vastly improved. Just my 2 cents.

yes, the dog poop is a problem. Management is always asking tenants to be mindful but, this is something that is almost impossible for them to police! Maybe if people were just a little conscience of how rude it is, it would be poop free!

doors unlocked..haha..living in a dreamworld..Leave your doors unlocked and you will pay the price..I think management wrote that response as they always do when the get bad reviews... Keep your doorslocked..the crime is a problem because it is an open complex with absolutely no security
