Ok, but going downhill

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Were nice apartments with good management. Changed in mid 2003 to a woman who can only be described as bitchy. She is arrogant to a fault. The maintenance is good, but the clientele has gone down since 2002. A lot of people have moved out and have been replaced with HUD types. Really too bad. It was a nice place.
