Not worth the money

I don't know what the other person meant by saying the manager they fired was good, she was always high and when Icomplained to her supervisor she was ver dismissive. They have lowered the standards since the economy went south, maybe thay are accepting housing vouchers now it seems like it to me. I left a few months ago but my friend is still there and she agrees that new residents are rough and scarry. Neither maanger was particularly good though it's just the one they fired was nice when she was high!!
