We moved in when they were in the final construction phase. We have been here since almost day one, and would like to say that the first couple of years saw 100% occupancy and many young educated professionals living here. But the down turn in the economy has seen many people leave the Livingston, many of our friends who lived here were laid off by EDS, Alcatel and Arthur Anderson, and have now left Dallas, subsequently. Yes, I agree, some of the people who currently live here are a little scruffy and perhaps the quality of the tenants has slid. Too many parents do not know (or should I say care about) what their children are up to, and allow them to roam mischievously. A group of children recently commandeered the communities golf cart and took it for a joy ride and threw the some of the chairs from the pool area into the pool. I guess that is not too bad considering if this were Oak Cliff they might be mugging the tenants instead. The construction in ANY apartment in Dallas is debatable, real estate developers do not care about quality, just ROI. I believe the price is very competitive. The management is friendly and approachable. I like the community and the safety of the surrounding neighborhoods. If you don not like it, may I suggest Fair Oaks and Park Lane in Dallas' gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
