Livingston Apartments

"Homey", non-apt atmosphere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year, and have not had any problems. Our current rent is a little bit higher than others in the area, but it is well worth it. The fitness center has some nice equipment, the pool has always been clean (even kept up in the winter months). The management, although recently changed is friendly, responsive, and accomodating. I have heard of some trouble with kids acting up recently; but, it apears that this problem has been addressed and taken care of. I now see a police officer patroling in the evenings and things are definitley quiet. Overall I would totally recomend this property to anyone is looking to get away from the apt feeling that most complexes offer. This area is very nice, secure, quiet, and offers an excellent "homey" feeling.
