every place has it's problems

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This place, as many others, has it's problems but overall it hasn't been too bad. The neighbors are pretty interesting and if I had kids I would NOT want them playing with the other ones who live here. The new managment does seem to have something stuck up her *** but they do get things done when you need it. My biggest complaint is the horrible insulation. I put weather stripping in all doors/windows and I am still paying over $200 a month to barely keep the air to come on. One winter day I couldn't get my living rooom above 60 degrees and the heater wasn't broken. Ouch, that month's bill hurt. Anyway it's not too bad overall.
