Livingston info From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have good things and bad things to say about this property. I consider myself VERY picky when choosing apartments and when we found this place were very excited because of locations and not being able to choose between floorplans. The floorplans are great and have a very "homey" feel as stated in a previous review. I can say that I've lived here less than half my year term and am ready to move out. I think the area is very nice but can say that the night we moved in woke up to find our driveway scattered with raw(hot,melting) pizza dough and the next week had our propane tank stolen off our grill. The main factor in my anxiousness to move is the thinness of the walls. I can't say I have noisy neighbors but a month ago found myself in my bedroom watching TV and heard the phone ringing in the apartment that shares my bedroom wall. This week I actually heard the person on the other side of the wall yawn. This is unacceptable to me for the amount of rent paid. The rent per square footage is phenomenal but to me is not worth being able to hear slight neighborly noise and even worse wonder what they can hear on their side! I just wanted to post a review in case this is also a concern to others. Not a horrible living experience...maybe just some bad luck and thin walls.
