We have lived a little over a year and are getting ready to move out...thankfully! In the beginning we loved living here, parking was great, you could go to the pool and have a nice realxing day, then it became the neighborhood daycare. I cannot even begin to explain how many kids run around this complex with no parents in site. They will ride right out in front of you on the bikes/scooters and not even look to see if a car is coming. They seem to think that the cul-de-sac type driveways are their areas and glare at you when you need to get your car in or out of your own garage that you pay for!! It just amazes me that the parents in this complex think that it is okay to let their children run wild without any supervision. There was also vandalism done to our vehicle. When we first moved in it was a nice place to live. Now I feel as thoguh we live in a government subsidized complex, which who knows maybe it is now! I also agree with other people on the walls, we can here our neighbors TV and dogs as well, as well as smell the food others are cooking and no I dont mean when they are cooking out.
