I lived at the Livingston for 1 yr. The attractive features outside and it's quite neighborhood souroundings offers false hope for tenents who want to escape from lound neighbors and screaming children at play. The driveways echo with children and they are unsupervised. Our next door neighbor most likely thought I was the biggest "witch" in the world because absolutely everytime he wanted to watch an "action packed" movie on his Sony Dream System,I could hear every scene. I had no problem knocking on his door any time of the night. The front office, although it is nice to look at, employed some of the ungliest attitudes I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.
