I have lived here almost a year. I love my apartment. I really like the community for the most part. The apartment manager and the girl who works with her are both #$%@, and the maintenance requests never get done. Package deliveries' Well, if you want yours I hope you are a hot guy that drives a Harley because you probably will be left to look for your own packages if not! Parking only sucks when the complex is full. It also gets annoying that the "manager" lets her kid roam free around the complex, yet she gives notices to residents whose children play in the same area with her child. I'm glad I don't have kids, I don't have to worry about it. Most of the residents are very quiet. I dont have much problems with noise or bugs or anything else. All and all I would say it's overpriced but a nice community to live in.

The manager???s kid does roam as he pleases and he has been the in pool by himself. The manager dates the residents and is hardly at the office during the day.There has been at least five new girls in the office with her, they don???t stay long, I wonder why? Her and her maintenance guy were working on her Harley during business hours for about an hour one day, not only are we told not to do work on our vehicles but what about the office. If one person can work the office then why is she there?
