I live here right now and am more than glad to be moving out, there is nothing but problems in this complex and it starts with the front office, nothing gets done the trash dumpster gets cleaned once a week and then is overloaded again the next day and constantly smells. Then they will leave a metal garbage thing inside the dumpster left out for three days in the middle of the road so if you live near bulding 8 get ready for the smell especially in the summer bc it is nasty!! to top that off while i have lived here my "new" neighbors that moved in are loud as hell and hes always drunk trying to walk up to other residents patio's..I don't know if hes had one too many mikes hard lemonades or what but it is just awful. Parking is ridiculous you have neighbors here who think they can park suv's in 2 1/2 parking spots, I mean come on! Or how about the 35 foot oscar meyer weiner car thats sometimes parked here i feel bad for the people in the front left!! I do not recommend living here to anyone. Good luck to those looking for apartments i would never have signed a lease if i would have checked these reviews first so run now!!
