I used to live at the Livingston, I am thankful that I only signed a 7month lease. I was ready to move after the first month. The office staff was awful and things never were taken care of. If you thought you could relax at the pool you were crazy! Kids everywhere i mean all over the place, never supervised always riding their bikes around and would act like you were in the way if you needed to get to your car. The trash always smelt, would be emptied on a monday and overly full on a Tuesday! wouldnt be closed off and locked up so the small metal rolling dumpster just blocks off the roadway by building 8 and 9. I have never been more disappointed anywhere i could even here my neighbors flush the toilet! they kept redoing things and brining in new management and each time it got worse. Parking was ridiculous and it was never lit up at night. Ive never been happier to move out of a place ever!!
