I have lived here for almost a year and have seen police stake out drug bust. The Staff is horrible. If Pam is not in the office, I refuse to go in the other leasing agent is so mean I hate to go in. You can also forget about The manager returning calls for complaints. The apartments are infested with roaches and loud noise all day and night. As far as maintainance goes, do we even have maintainance'' The rules are not implemented because there is no security. If it were in my power, I would close the property down, re-evaluated the staff and crack down on the drugs and crime in the apartments. I think the property management needs to sell so they will not be liable for all that takes place on property. The manager at Lodgetree surely will not. I am sure the property is not aware of what goes on.
