Someone has got to be lying on the reviews. Sure the leasing agents are nice but to include the manager (if that is what she is called) would be horrible. I recently moved and the maintainance is horrible the manager lets her leasing agents handle her affairs. I am sure because she is whimpy. I don't even know why the other lady in the office does (I am guessing she is a manager as well) The appliances that were shown to me in the model were up to date and when I moved in, the appliances were out of date. I was told we had a security when there is none. The only security that I see is the Plano PD who informed me that the crime rate has risen and can only get worse. I don't know if the folks in the office is forging the great reviews but I can tell you that I can not find one person in that complex that is satisfied. Not even the ones that are causing problems. Do yourself a favor and run away from trouble!
