It was okay when we first moved in. Couldn't really hear the first neighbors upstairs, unless they were leaving, you could hear them going up and down the stairs, and the son played a guitar all the time. But ever since the new people moved in, it's been nothing but noise. A light fixture even came out of the ceiling b/c of all of the bumping around up there. And people are constantly blaring loud music, setting off car alarms. Maintenance takes too long to fill a request (it took more than a week for someone to come fix our garbage disposal)
