I have been here 5 months and have not had a single issue. The other people living here, minority or not have always shown respect and never given me any problems at all. In fact, they are quite freindly. I have seen nor heard of drugs in the complex. Of course on Sat. night, there are a few guys sitting on the back of there trucks drink a beer, but everyone is in by 11:00 and they are not criminals anyway. The grounds are clean, everyone is respectful about parking. I must say, THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT!! Unless you have a phobia about ---------, this is a really nice place. They completely remodeled my apartment before I moved in.

I am the previous poster. Just wanted to mention 99% of residents are just hardworking folks who leave early, come home late and are to tired to do anything but cook and get ready for bed. I know that is my case!
