I lived there for several years, not because I wanted to but because I was saving for a house. I had experiences with rats. I had to buy my own traps to get rid of them. If you want to use the weight room or have covered parking, you pay extra. Covered parking is only in select areas. There was never any parking at night so if you work late, don't expect to park in front of your own building. People there did not watch their children too well, they seemed to be out all the time without any adult supervision. People would often drive through the parking lots fast and blairing loud music. Parties went on all the time, so if you like to sleep, don't move there. The apartments themselves are really shabby, old and need to be updated. The paint peels off the doors and the tile on the kitchen floor separates to reveal the other layer of tile. I absolutley hated living there, thank God I finally got out.
