It's OK, but............

If you work late, parking is poor. Really POOR!! There are bugs, true. I heard the east side is worse than the west side. I happen to live on the East side. My building is quiet but I have no problems with people being loud or boisterous. I bother no one and no one bothers me. Waters drips from some pipe in the front of the building that could be the sourec of the bugs and it stinks from time to time.
