Every time we have had a problem with the place, they have quickly fixed it. Except for some annoying neighbors upstairs with routey kids, they seem to be decent. I have a good relationship with the managers, they have a weight room and plenty of swimming pools. I also have two cars and they don't mind that at all.

While I am moving to a single bedroom, the duel bedroom I shared with a friend has TWO bathrooms, so no need to share.

My only real complaint was that the complex is older and doesn't have any ceiling lights except for the dining area and kitchen. They have wall switches for lamps, but thats about it.

Its the cheapest in the zipcode, so you have to expect some downsides.
