The apartments are "decent". When I was there, there were a lot of Katrina victims and ---------. The police did tell me that the complex is the worst in Plano. So yes, you have to expect some drug slinging, loud music, lots of kids running around. There was somewhat of a bug problem.. but they sprayed about twice a month.. so it really kept them out. The management was very helpful though and pretty flexible when it came to not being able to make rent on time. They waived a lot of late fees for us. Yes, you have to pay extra for covered parking.. but that is anywhere you go. There were several things that drove me nuts.. but just be thankful you have a roof over your head. If you are moving there, you don't have the highest income.. so don't expect something extravagant. It gets you by.
