Bad 1st impression

I am looking around in Plano to rent, so thought I would check these out. Bad idea. First off, the grounds on the day I was there didn't look good. They were tearing down/working on buildings as well. In the apartment I was shown, the cabinet doors in the bathroom were falling off the hinges! I will keep looking.
