Please don't rent here if you are considering it. You will pay too much for what you will get. Parking is limited because there are so many units. Sometimes you have to walk 1/2 mile (at least) from where you park your car to your apartment. Guests have to park in visitors - about a mile away. Vandalism is bad. A guy I know got his bike stolen and he kept it inside a garage! Way understaffed!! The staff NEVER answers the phone, probably because they only have 1 or 2 people working during their busiest hours (if even that many).

OH, and I could feel the people above me when they walked around.

There are some nice residents, but they are about to leave this dump, so don't get yourself into a lease with this place!

Nightmare place. Smelly. TV Cable service pricy 50 buck. DSL is pricy 50 buck. Need TV cable for DSL to work. Monthly cost 100 buck. Insect flies everywhere in kitchen. A little bug crow in bathroom all time. Pest control charge monthly but doesn't help or did they actually have it spray monthly..Trash dumper is horrible. Raccoon dig the dumper and make all the mess out the trash dumper. I feel bad for whoever stay near. NOOOOOOOOOO PARKING.... GREEDY LOS RIOS CAN KEEP THEIR COVER PARKING PLACE !!!! WE ARE OUT OF LOS RIOS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! BEWARE
