I am not renewing my lease due to the cliental going way down. We have been having problems w/ vandalizing. Plus the staff never answers their phone and you seem to always be talking w/ a machine instead of a live person. The maintence requests I did have were not resolved unless I called everyday and then it would take them a week to even come out to the apartment. Poor maintence on the property. Plus parking is aweful!!! There is not any places close to your apartment to park and your guest well, you might want to tell them they will be walking alot just to come and visit you even for a few minutes. Parking and maintence is a problem here!
