Don't expect friendly treatment. This managment company is quick with to threaten you with eviction or termination of rights of occupancy.

No matter how flawless your tentant credentials are, you'll be treated like a dead-beat. It's almost like their waiting for you to miss one rent payment so they can deny your rights to occupancy and make you pay for the rest of your lease. Their corrospondence is terse at best and out right hostile at worst.

All the other comments here about this place are dead-on except for the one from the new managment. They are no different. In fact, I went for months not even aware they managment had changed hands.

Crappy service. Forget about calling in to resolve your issue. You'll have to take off work and wait 30 minutes in the lobby to even get a "we'll be right with you".

I don't know about maintenance because I've always given up on them. I end up doing the work myself just so I don't have to put up with a leaky toilet or missing fire alarm for a month.

Save yourself some pain and rent elsewhere. Better yet, buy a home if at all possible.
