I have been living in this complex for about 3 years. I started out in a 3 bedroom apt. I had trouble with the neighbors and the parking was horrible. My advice to the parking is try to get an apartment that runs in front of 14th St and steer clear of the back row of apt buildings. You and your guests will have quite a walk if you don't. I had problems like the others posted here, but you are going to find that anywhere you go. I now live in a one bedroom and I can't be happier. Less problems and convenient parking. Never have trouble finding a space. I live along 14th St.

Pricing is reasonable for this area. Management is management. They need to fill these units so whatever it takes is what they will do. They give you to the 3rd of the month before you get a first notice so that is more then most others would do. They at least advise you of criminal activities going on in the apt complex so we can watch out and they also provide provention tips.

If I have a request I just send an email and I have my answer in 24 hours. They just informed that they spent $10,000 on our new gates. We will see if it was worth it. They seem more sturdier.

Curbside trash service has ceased. You also have to pay additional for water service here. I pay around $40 a month for this service which doesn't make since to me. It was the same amount in my 3 bedroom as it is in my one bedroom. Go figure. Ygnition charges a minimum of $50 dollars a month for basic cable modem internet. You don't have a choice for another carrier because they have signed rights here at this complex. I don't have a problem with my cell so can't speak on that one. Landscapers come every Wednesday like clock work.

Lets see, we have a fitness room, table air hockey, one pool for a 900 unit complex (not good there), laundry facility. No club room unless you want to rent the office. Last I heard it was $500 to rent and $250 of the $500 you didn't get back even if you cleaned the office with your toothbrush. You also had to rent it during the day when the office was open. It has a kitchen and area for tables and sofa's. I think there is also a business office for personal use. The rates could have changed since then so you would have to call for an update.

If you don't require some TLC I would recommend this complex.
