My wife and I just finished an 18 month lease and from start to finsih, with both managment companies, we received terrible service. Repairs would always take days if not weeks to come, and then when they did come the repairs weren't done correctly and required furthor delays to get it right.

The manager of the properites, Shannon, is rude, keeps her staff in disaray, has outright lied to us and has no integrity. Her staff has consistently misinformed us, has given conflicting information and has been generally clueless. We NEVER made a late payment, always paid early and had zero complaints filed against us. The Managment is inept.

Furthormore the sewage plant down the road is amazingly stinky. This alone is reason enough not to live here. I have never actually lived in a toilet but assume Los Rios Park would be alot like one.

Avoid this place if at all possible.
