I have lived at Los Rios Park for over a year now and can strongly say this is the best apartment community I have lived at yet. The main points that come to mind is the complex itself and the community. My apartment is the perfect size and fit. I have great neighbors and the area is always kept up well. There have been some issues w/ parking but the office staff has taken care of those who do not abide by the clearly posted resident only parking signs. This place really makes me feel at home.

The management staff is great. They are always available for any question or concerns I may have. Anytime I have a repair issue, they are quick to repsond. They have really make me feel welcome.

I have recommended this community to all of my friends who are looking for an apartment.
