100%: I have lived here for several years.

I started out in a 3 bedroom because the price was right, but the parking was a JOKE for that area, we had covered parking, no big deal for us.

The apt was nice, management was good, life was good.

Someone parked in my spot, I call the towing service and the car was gone within 30min :P

50% and dropping: Managment changed.

The new mang had no clue what was going on, "files were lost", "the other mang team left things in a mess for us" they said, could be true, I gave them the benefit of doubt.

Curbside trash pick-up stopped,grr.

Caused the dumpster to become clogged or be overflowed.

Section 8's started moving in.

NOISE, NOISE, NOISE.

Someone parked in my spot, I called the number to get it removed.

The person said I need to call the APT hotline and get it approved first.

I called and that person said the "rules" have change and a notice was sent to all apts.

I never received a letter.

The person I called about towing said I had to contact the manager, it was 12:00pm at night, so I had to park in vistor parking.

The mang.

stated that they can't tow cars anymore unless mang approval, yet the signs are still posted with a number to call the towing service.

Back to 50% then dropping to 25%: We moved into a 1 bedroom apt facing 14th street.

The Noise was not a problem.

Parking was ample, again I got a cover parking; but there are more parking spaces in general.

There are a few ants, which I hate ants.

(I had a bad experience before in another complex, attacked while sleeping and they're eating my head...nasty.) But Raid took care of them, and it wasn't a major infestation.

Pest control started comming by after that..weird.

Now the noise is a problem again, several people cars got key'd, emblems from the cars were stolen.

Not happy about that.

At times all the outside lights are off, so your walking into a pitch black hallway.

The lights in the parking lot are also dim.

A woman was raped in a near by apt last year.

Not sure if it was ever resolved.

There was a watch program with meetings taking place.

I haven't heard anything else about the watch program for months now.

No other crime has been commited in awhile now, and hopefully there wont be.

There is trash in the lawn and in the streets.

Broken glass, beer bottles.

Old, un-used cars parked in spaces that leaks oil.

I have never had any problems with the maintenance.

All the app have worked in both apts.

I do see them everyday, mowing and sculpting the landscape.

Gates, there all the same, hardly working.

The general feel from me and my neighbors is that the complex is getting worse.

Don't believe the positive post here, they are the mang team trying to boost there ratings, check the one on this date and see the mang signature 10/11/2004.
