I have looked at a lot of apartments and Los Rios is a pretty nice place. I have lived here for almost two years and have made friends with several neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and I have never had a problem with the staff.

On the downside, from talking to other tenants here I have gathered that all of the disposals are as bad as mine. Mine smells and is very loud. Maintenance-- well, sometimes they come and sometimes they don't.

Parking is challenging especially when you have to haul a carseat across the parking lot in the heat of summer. The kitchens are also very small for someone like me who likes to cook.

Overall, I haven't moved because I can't find a better deal for my money than Los Rios. As for safety, I guess no where is perfectly safe, but I haven't heard anything to make me think it is worse than most apartments.
